Thank you for participating in the Emerald Cup Photo Contest! We are so excited to see the beautiful submissions you will be sharing that showcase the best of cannabis.

Two winners will be chosen for the Emerald Cup Photo Contest, one each from the Amateur and Professional divisions. The Amateur winner will be selected by popular vote via the Emerald Cup website, while the Professional winner will be voted on by a panel of peers. The winners will receive a Certificate of Acknowledgement as well as having their photos featured on the Emerald Cup website and social media outlets.

Please upload one high resolution, 300 dpi photo. The top entries will be printed and displayed at the event at a minimum of 24 inches and a maximum of 36 inches.

All photos submitted by you to the Emerald Cup photo contest remain your property. However, by submitting it to the contest, you hereby grant to EC Events LLC (the “Emerald Cup”) an irrevocable, perpetual, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to use, display, and exploit the photos in any manner or media now known or hereafter devised. Such rights include, without limitation, the right to use the photos in any promotional, marketing, trade, or commercial uses, on any products, and in any context whatsoever. Emerald Cup is not required to credit you with these uses. Emerald Cup may assign these rights to any entity that acquires Emerald Cup or Emerald Cup’s assets. By submitting your photos to the contest, you agree to the above terms.
